• Vacuum thickness: leak rate≦10^-11Pa.m³/s

• Thermal cycle capability: 25℃～150℃（5 cycles）

• Thermal resistance capability: will not crack or flake off when be heated at 500～550℃ for 48 hours in vacuum stove.
